About
For sets of RDCs measured from N alignment media, DC
  1. first calculates the alignment tensor for each medium by SVD-fitting the RDCs to the input reference structure
  2. normalizes all N alignment tensors to a uniform alignment magnitude (Da) of 10 Hz
  3. performs a SVD operation to orthogonalize above normalized alignment tensors
  4. generates a new set of n (=min(N,5)) orthogonalized RDC datasets (stored in files dOrth1.tab, dOrth2.tab ...)
[Note: orthogonalized RDC is generated only for couplings which are complete for all N alignment media]
  5. generates graphics with both the original alignment tensors relative to the molecular structure tensors_original , and the orthogonalized tensors tensors_original
