dynSetPhiPsi: Set Phi and Psi for the given residues.
 -src   ptrVal     Source of Structure Data.
 -res   {resList}  Residue ID List.
 -phi   {phiList}  Phi Angles in Degrees.
 -psi   {psiList}  Psi Angles in Degrees.
 -store            Store New Coords (Default).
 -nostore          Don`t Store New Data.
