Random Peptide Planes/RDCs Options A PDB file containing only atoms (Cɑ_i,C_i,O_i, N_i+1,H_i+1,Cɑ_i+1) of peptide planes Reference: https://doi.org/10.1371/journal.pone.0215141 in random orientations will be generated. The peptide planes are arranged in a cubic grid , as defined by Grid Vector Count and Grid Step Grid Vector Count. The number of grids along XYZ directions. X Y Z Grid Step, Å. X Y Z H-N bond length for the generated peptide planes. H-N Bond Length Å The random orientations are generated according to a random number seed.
