dynSetChain: Sets the chain name for selected atoms.

Flag Argument Default Description  -src pdbSrc Source of Structure.  -chain chain Chain Name. Selection Modes (use only one):  -id id ID of Selection to Set.  -atomEntry loc Loc of Single Atom to Set.
