M: Macro Language Interpreter:
 M [macroFileList] [options]
Options:
 -var   vList  Variable Name/Value Pairs.
 -str   sList  String Name/Text Pairs.
 -quit         Exit after all macros are processed.
Notes:
 Macro files must be specified before options.
