plotXY: Crude X/Y Plot of Text Table Columns.

Usage:   plotXY inName xCol yCol [xLen yLen nullValue] Where:   1. xCol, yCol: Columns to plot, first is column 0.   2. xLen and yLen: Sizes of plot on screen in characters.   3. nullValue: Value to ignore, if any.
