mstat: Simple Statistics of a Text Table Column

mstat inName column [xLen yLen nullValue hMin hMax] Notes:   1. inName: use - char for standard input.   2. column: first is column 0.   3. xLen and yLen: sizes of histogram on screen.   4. nullValue: value to ignore, if any.   5. hMin: range starting value of histogram.   6. hMax: range ending value of histogram.
